Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
5 egg yolks
Juice of one lemon
Salt
Tobasco
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 pound of butter, melted and slightly cooled
Directions
Whisk yolks, juice and seasoning. Carefully cook over a water bath. Slowly whisk in butter.
