Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pound of Beef Tenderloin
Paprika
3 tablespoons of butter
1/4 small onion
1/2 pounds of mushrooms, sliced
1/2 dill pickle (julienned)
1 cup of demi-glace
1/2 cup of sour cream
Dash of Tobasco
Dash of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Cut beef into tips. Dredge beef in paprika. Heat saute pan, add butter and then beef.
Saute until beef loses color and it is slightly brown.
Add onion and mushrooms. Saute briefly.
Add demi glace.
Simmer for 1 - 2 minutes. Add sour cream and pickles.
Season to taste.
Serve with noodles, rice or fried potatoes.
